FAQs

Do I have to wear a mask?

Yes, all customers and staff must wear a mask or face covering which covers the mouth and nose while on Belgian property, including inside and outside display areas. If you are unable to wear a mask, we would be happy to arrange a curbside pickup via phone or email.

Can I bring my dog / pet with me?

Unfortunately we ask that you leave your pets at home right now. Service animals with documentation are permitted.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

We offer  curbside pickup for those customers who are not able to wear a mask or are not comfortable shopping in person. All orders must be picked up at our location as we do not deliver.  To place an order, please email us at info@belgian-nursery.com, or call us at 519-648-2608.

Can I shop online for your plants and products?

Belgian Nursery’s Online Store is open when we are unable to accommodate in-person shopping at the greenhouses. Our online store contains a selection of our plants and products during this time. Our online store will remain closed while we are open to walk-in customers, and will reopen if restrictions do not allow for in-person shopping.

Do you have sitting areas and/or chairs available?

Sitting areas are available in the greenhouse for customers. Seating areas may not be sanitized on a regular basis, please use at your own discretion.

Do you offer a repotting service?

Yes, we are happy to repot plants at the time they are purchased; potting fees still apply. We are also happy to repot plants or pots you may wish to bring from home, however, advance notice is appreciated in such cases when possible.

Do you deliver?

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery.

Where is Marley?

Our umbrella cockatoo Marley has fallen in love with a new family and is enjoying his forever home on a farm in the country. We are very grateful for the laughs and enjoyment that Marley was able to bring to staff and customers at the greenhouse, and know that he will do the same with his new family for many years to come.

Are photography sessions and/or photo shoots permitted in the greenhouses?

Photography for personal use only is permitted in the greenhouses at all times. Please be mindful of other shoppers, and do not move or rearrange any displays.

Professional paid photography or photography promoting a product or business are not permitted in the greenhouses.

Do you accept wholesale orders or or contractor pricing?

No – we are a retail-only greenhouse and offer the same pricing to all our customers. We do not offer wholesale sales or contractor accounts.

NO CASH REFUNDS

Non-Perishable Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.  

To exchange or return products, prices must still be affixed to items along with original receipt. 

Applicable refunds will be returned by same method of original payment. For cash payments, store credit will be issued.

We strive to provide healthy, quality plants.

Once purchased, we pass the responsibility on to you to keep your plants healthy and thriving.

If you are concerned with your plants’ health, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you determine the issue.
