What is Belgian’s Loyalty Program?
Belgian’s Loyalty Program is a free membership where you earn money (Belgian Dollars) towards future purchases for every dollar you spend at Belgian Nursery. You can earn Belgian Dollars on all regular and sale priced items while shopping in store. The money earned can be used towards plants, pots, décor, bagged goods and any other products that we sell!(4)
How does Belgian’s Loyalty Program work?
Loyalty Members earn 2% on all purchases (before tax) at Belgian Nursery in an account linked to your phone number. The amount of Belgian Dollars accumulates based on the total amount of your purchase, and never expires!
How do I check my balance or redeem my Belgian Dollars?
A Cashier can let you know how many Belgian Dollars you have, or it is listed on your most recent receipt.
Once you’ve accumulated a minimum of 5 Belgian Dollars, you can redeem them on all regular or sale items when shopping at Belgian Nursery.(4) The cashier will let you know when you have 5 or more Belgian Dollars available to redeem.
How do I join?
It’s simple! You can join by signing up next time you’re shopping at the greenhouse. Just let the cashier know that you’re interested; they just need your name and phone number. You’ll start collecting Belgian Dollars immediately and each time you make a purchase in store!
*Some important details:
1. Belgian Dollars are calculated as 2% of your total purchase amount before tax. This means a purchase of $50 (before taxes) would be 1 Belgian Dollar. A purchase of $250 (before taxes) would earn 5 Belgian Dollars
2. A name and phone number are required to register for Belgian’s Loyalty Program. This information is only used for Belgian’s Loyalty Program and will not be shared with anyone else.
3. Belgian Dollars do not expire.
4. Belgian Dollars cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Cards.
5. Belgian Dollars have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Belgian Dollars can only be earned at time of purchase and cannot be applied to a sale retroactively.
7. Belgian Dollars earned are linked to the phone number used at time of purchase. Belgian Dollars cannot be transferred from one phone number to another; accounts with different phone numbers cannot be merged.
8. Belgian Nursery is not responsible for any missing Belgian Dollars. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty Program without notice.
